Hudson Insurance Federation of New Jersey, Inc. (HIF) is a member driven trade association that supports professionals in the insurance industry who live and/or work in the Jersey City metro region and the State of New Jersey.

All aspects and segments of the insurance industry are welcome to participate in HIF. Our members have expertise spanning the entire insurance industry, including, but not limited to: underwriting, claims, reinsurance, actuarial, legal and compliance.

HIF supports the insurance industry through educational programs focusing on important industry trends and current developments, by:

• introducing thought leaders in the field through panel discussions and presentations;
• providing a forum for interaction with regulators;
• advancing executive networking and professional development;  and  
• promoting insurance industry career opportunities for students, minorities and women.

In addition, HIF is partnering with institutions of higher learning to foster career opportunities for newcomers to the insurance industry. HIF is committed to building a community where members have access to leaders in the industry whose mentorship will facilitate career development and advancement.
