Sujal Vaidya, who recently joined the Alliant Specialty Claims & Legal team, brings extensive experience in litigation, legal analysis, and risk management. Prior to Alliant, Sujal spent 15 years on the carrier side in Claims at AIG and BHSI, with a particular emphasis on Financial Institutions claims, in both D&O and E&O capacities. During his time in claims, Sujal handled numerous high exposure & high severity FI claims as the primary claims handler for several Fortune 500 companies. Sujal earned his Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College.
Will Seifert, Senior VP, Executive Assurance

Will Seifert is a Senior Vice President of Arch’s Executive Assurance Department. He joined Arch in 2005 and currently serves as the Co-National Manager of their Large Commercial D&O team, which focuses on underwriting D&O and other management liability lines for large public and private entities. He has 20+ years of experience in the D&O industry as both an underwriter and portfolio manager.
