Committee Chair

Aisling Jumper is Vice President and Head of Global Underwriting Operations at TransRe, where she leads a team optimizing treaty and facultative underwriting processes and delivering data-driven insights. She collaborates globally across functions to enhance operational efficiency and provide market and internal analytics.

Previously, Aisling practiced law in Massachusetts and New York, specializing in professional liability coverage claims. She later managed complex claims in-house for YorkPro and Sedgwick CMS, then led the claims team at FAIRCO, a TransRe subsidiary.

Aisling holds degrees from the National University of Ireland, Galway, Boston College Law School, and Columbia University.
